A Home Sleep Study is a test that you perform in your bed wearing a small device that monitors your breathing, heart rate, oxygen levels, and other vital signs while you sleep.

It is used to detect obstructive sleep apnea(OSA), a condition that causes pauses in breathing during sleep.
